Itinerary

The Rainbow Mountain Tour starts at 04:30 am to 5 am, heading south to Cusipata. We will enjoy a buffet breakfast in this place before boarding our transportation and traveling for approximately 1 hour to reach Phullapatawasi, the starting point of the hike. Before we begin, the guide will provide some instructions for a peaceful and enjoyable trek. However, those who wish to rent a horse for the hike can coordinate it in advance with the guide.

The hike takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, during which we can admire the impressive Hatun Ritti Glacier (4925 meters above sea level) and the various types of flora and fauna typical of the Andes. Upon reaching the Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca), we will have enough time to explore this incredible place, take photographs, and record videos. Afterwards, we will return by the same path to the starting point of the hike (Phullapatawasi). The transportation will take us back to Cusipata, where we will enjoy a buffet lunch. After finishing our lunch, we will return to the city of Cusco, and the tour will conclude around 4 pm – 4:30 pm.
