Walking time 5 hours and a half.
DAY 2: Chiquiska – Choquequirao
Early in the morning after breakfast, we will descend for 1 hour to the Apurímac river (1550 masl) from this place we will begin to ascend on the opposite side of the mountain, for 4 hours, we pass through Santa Rosa then continue to Marampata where we will have lunch . From this place in the distance we can already appreciate the beauty of the mystical Choquekiraw. In the afternoon we walk 2 more hours and we will spend the afternoon at the archaeological site where we will watch the sunset and have the opportunity to see condors: time 7 hours.
DAY 3: Choquequirao – Chiquiska
We have the opportunity to explore the archaeological site more in the morning and have a short rest. In the afternoon we return along the edge of the Apurímac canyon and descend to our tropical camp: Trek time, 5 hours.
DAY 4: Chiquiska – Cachora – Cusco
Early in the morning we begin an arduous ascent for 3 hours until we reach the Capuliyoc viewpoint.
